This Is A Bad Idea Ridders, You Know It Is

It what clearly seems like a bad idea, Ridley Scott is developing a sequel to his Oscar winning Gladiator. Russell Crowe’s Maximus died in the original of course, but this didn’t stop Nick Cave from once writing the screenplay for a sequel set in the after life. It seems that Scott’s plans will not resurrect Crowe, but instead focus on Lucius, the now grown son of Connie Nielsen’s Lucilla.

Now in his ‘80s, Sir Ridders’ “10 More Before I Die” campaign is rolling on, with mixed results so far – and this seems like a waste of whatever time the man has left.

Now The Duellists 2 – we’d go for that.
