Kingsmen Go Singular

Fox has revealed the title for Matthew Vaughn’s standalone Kingsman prequel – and it’s “The King’s Man” which make a lot of sense for a period origin story. They also had this to say about the plot -

"As a collection of history's worst tyrants and criminal masterminds gather to plot a war to wipe out millions, one man must race against time to stop them."

Ralph Fiennes, Matthew Goode, Aaron Taylor-Jonson, Charles Dance and Gemma Arterton lead the cast this time out. Vaughn meanwhile is going back to the more contemporary Taron Egerton/Colin Firth combo to complete his third -and apparently final – part of that trilogy.

The King’s Man opens February 14 next year.
